Q: What kind of warranty can I expect?
A: All our products are covered by full manufacturer warranties.
Q: Are all shipping prices the same?
A: No. Most of our merchandise sells with free shipping, however the ones that don't have free shipping will have the shipping figured by weight to your destination and by using UPS. The Post Office became to costly with their last re-structuring and we had to pay for all the extras that are included with UPS. So we went with UPS so we could continue to keep things affordable for you.
Q: Will there be instructions included with the merchandise?
A: Yes, all of the items we sell will come with instructions for assembly, battery installation, CDs or videos and so on. Also you can contact us if you have specific questions on the use of certain products.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our return policy is 30 day money back with a 60 day manufacturer. What this means is that your return will be treated as a warranty issue and reviewed, a determination will be made by the manufacturer for everything over the 30 days and they may give money back, warranty repair or replace. There is a non-refundable 15% re-stocking fee on all items where a refund has been issued and there was a return of merchandise. Also if the item shows unusual wear or damage to where it cannot be resold then the money back refund will be handled accordingly.
Q: Will there be any support if I need it?
A: Technical support is available on all the products we sell. Please feel free to contact us. There is no such thing as a question not worth asking. Information is one of the most important items we can offer.
Q: What if my item is damaged during shipping?
A: We ship primarily with UPS which usually covers the first $100.00. Cost for additional insurance is $1.00 per hundred dollars. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and take a picture of your item before you open the package. Specially if you have external damage to the package. If this has happened have the carrier wait till you open the package right in front of them, that way you have a witness. By all means try to take a picture too. Contact us right away either by phone or e-mail so we can get started right away rectifying the situation. Your satifaction after the sale is more important to us than the sale we just made. After all, if you're not happy with the way you're treated after the sale you won't come back or tell others we are a good place to shop.
