We use UPS Ground for our shipping services, (1) Because they have insurance and delivery confirmation included in the cost of delivery. (2) We tried to use the Post Office but what we found was that by the time you include insurance and delivery confirmation you were spending the same or more than if we used UPS to start with.
If we find out this is wholly unfair then we will try something else. We want your shopping experience with us not only to be pleasant, but fair and trustworthy. After all without you we won't be here very long. Our Top Priority is first of all CUSTOMER SERVICE and top Quality merchandise at an affordable price.
